I was upgraded to a fine pool view room upon arrival, which took my breath away! The diverse and delicious breakfast spread kick-started each day of my stay. The staff's attention to detail, especially the lovely fruit platter delivered on the fourth day.

Perfect service, I enjoyed outstanding food.
the location was central, close to the city center, supermarket or shopping mall by on foot distance and the centre where there is a shopping mall. it was good to be 1 km away from giraffe stop, serving short-orders.

Very good business hotel.
free parking on site provided. exceptionally good breakfast with panoramic view, hot drinks. the outstandingly friendly staff all round. location next to supermarket or shopping mall by on foot distance and lombok in the evening after a very long travel journey.

Delicious breakfast with diverse options left us satisfied every morning! The staff was friendly.

Comfortable stay with great breakfast variety
I really enjoyed my stay, especially the breakfast which was diverse and delicious, with a lot of options. The room was spacious, clean, and came with a huge comfy bed that ensured a good night's sleep. They even had water refill stations on each floor, a nice eco-friendly touch. The noise from the street could be bothersome at times.

The room was super comfy, huge bed that was more than 2 meters wide! We loved the pillow service-got to pick our perfect pillow. TV had loads of movie channels and even an HDMI cable. Fresh fruit platter on the fourth day was a nice touch. The room was clean and well-equipped. Really enjoyed our stay!

The hotel is pretty nice, i loved the pool and breakfast was good. The staff was kind and really helpful. The room was decent, comfy bed and clean. The location is good, easy to get around to nearby malls and restaurants. Very modern vibe too.
